Addressing the risk of moral injury

Added on the 26th February 2021

The Good Governance Institute has taken a look at the issue of ‘moral injury’, following the findings of a King’s College London study.

March on Stress Director, Professor Neil Greenberg, was the lead author of the study which found that around 45% of the sample (Intensive Care Unit staff) self-reported symptoms of probable PTSD, severe depression or a severe anxiety disorder.

The Good Governance Institute article includes a good explainer on moral injury – please read the full article here: https://www.good-governance.org.uk/blog-post/addressing-the-risk-of-moral-injury/.
