We’ve just wrapped up the feedback data from the first three months of 2025. And it speaks volumes.
Not just about our content and delivery, but about the effectiveness of our approach.
We are delighted that while it shows satisfaction, it also demonstrates trust, consistency, and impact.
Here is how our Net Promoter Scores (NPS) shaped up over the quarter (a key indicator of how likely participants are to recommend our training):
March was a fantastic month:
StRaW Practitioner held a consistent 95 across February and March - evidence of the power of peer-led psychological support systems. StRaW equips organisations to build cultures where wellbeing isn’t an afterthought, it’s embedded, proactive, and genuinely human. One delegate said:
“I much prefer the StRaW approach compared to MHFA… I wish I’d had StRaW in my arsenal years ago.” – StRaW Practitioner, Feb 2025
TRiM Practitioner rose from 69 in February to 82 in March, clear proof that we listen and evolve in real time.
Across all of our courses we saw consistently high feedback. Even our short courses like REACTMH® and Enhanced Coping Skills received scores between 75-120. In most cases, 98% of participants said courses met their expectations. That means we’re not just delivering information, our trainers are really connecting. Evidence that our training resonates and empowers individuals, and organisations.
We’re proud to support those leading the way in workplace psychological health; from trauma management to early intervention, and to keep pushing for safer, healthier workplaces.
