Join us on 19th November 2020 for our StRaW® Managers course*. This course will be delivered remotely, via Zoom.

For delegates who have attended StRaW Practitioner training in the previous 12 months, we are delighted to offer a one-day StRaW Managers course.

Our StRaW Managers course includes:

• How to plan and implement a common-sense approach to manage personnel within your organisation after identifying they may be having difficulties
• Knowledge of when and where to refer those who are at risk of developing psychological problems
• How to prepare and deliver a StRaW and mental health awareness briefing in your organisation
• We also provide in date StRaW Managers with guidance and tools for ‘refreshing’ StRaW Practitioners

Due to the nature of the content and structure of our StRaW courses, and to ensure you can gain the maximum from the training we keep our course numbers small.

Delegates will receive relevant course materials as well as a certificate of attendance, which can be used for inclusion in a CPD file.
