Join us in London in November for our next StRaW® all comers course!
StRaW (Sustaining Resilience at Work) is about mental health in the workplace. It’s a peer support system that focuses on occupational stress and common mental health problems.
Business Development Director, Georgina Godden, said: “Training takes place in London on 24th and 25th November 2016 and all are welcome. The course is Practitioner level and is a great opportunity to equip staff with tools and information to increase mental health awareness and resilience in the workplace.
”StRaW aims to foster a more resilient workforce by encouraging people to speak to each other about mental health problems. It’s based on up to date scientific research, including the growing evidence base around peer support. More than simply increasing delegates awareness and understanding it goes further in teaching them to take action to help colleagues in distress.
”We have delivered StRaW training at a number of organisations with great feedback and had a really encouraging response to our first all comers course earlier this year.”
