The Royal College of Psychiatrists International Congress got underway in Edinburgh yesterday, Monday 20 June 2022, with March on Stress Director Professor Neil Greenberg speaking on wellbeing in the workplace later this week.
Professor Greenberg also chairs the Royal College of Psychiatrists Special Interest Group in Occupational Psychiatry and is leading on the World Psychiatric Association’s position statement for mental health in the workplace.
He will focus on moral injury as part of the session ‘Workforce well-being: what have we learned about well-being at work following the pandemic's impact over the last two years, and how do we plan for the future?’.
