SOM President Elect

Huge congratulations to March on Stress Director, Professor Neil Greenberg, who has been confirmed as President-Elect for the Society of Occupational Medicine (SOM).

Announced at the SOM AGM yesterday, 13 December 2023, Professor Greenberg will take over as President of the SOM in June 2025.

Until then, he will remain on the SOM Board where he is currently a Trustee.

Professor Greenberg will be the first psychiatrist to be SOM President and will take over in SOM's 90th year.

He said: “It is such a privilege to be confirmed as President-Elect and I am really looking forward to following on from all the wonderful previous, and current, President(s).”
