Supporting teams after suicide: postvention and psychological resilience

We highlighted the recently published Society of Occupational Medicine (SOM) Suicide Postvention in the Workplace Guide – a fantastic resource for employers, managers, wellbeing leads and occupational health professionals. It offers thoughtful, evidence-based recommendations to help workplaces respond in ways that are supportive, respectful, and grounded in good practice.
