March on Stress News

Mental Health Awareness week begins today

Added on the 12th May 2025

In 2023/24, work-related stress, depression, or anxiety accounted for 16.4 million lost working days in Great Britain, making up nearly half of all days lost due to work-related ill health. (HSE Stats).

These figures highlight the critical need for early identification and support. Psychological monitoring isn't about ticking boxes; it's about recognising and addressing issues before they escalate. Particularly for workers in challenging roles or locations.

Our confidential Wellness service (e-health monitoring) provides a regular and proactive check in on an individual’s wellbeing, enabling:

  • Early detection of stress and trauma
  • A space for reflection, not diagnosis; with onward signposting and further support as required
  • Supportive, non-judgmental engagement
  • Encouragement of open conversations

Our evidence-based digital check-ins (using scientifically validated psychological health tools) are reviewed by clinicians, ensuring informed, and empathetic follow-up. By a human.

This approach isn't about 'catching people out', it's about fostering a safe and supportive environment.

What would change if care was integrated into your daily routine?
