That’s why on day two of Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re focusing on how training empowers people to support one another more effectively.
Resilience isn’t just a personal trait, it’s both an individual and organisational strength. Personal resilience helps people navigate daily pressures; organisational resilience ensures teams have the systems, culture, and confidence to support each other through challenging times.
Our training programmes are evidence-based and designed to strengthen both personal and organisational resilience to supporting workplace communities where everyone thrives. These include:
REACTMH®: a brief, research-informed intervention that empowers staff to have timely, compassionate conversations about mental health.
StRaW® (Sustaining Resilience at Work): trains peer supporters to identify, assess, and manage occupational stress.
Bespoke mental health in the workplace workshops for all staff and/or for leaders: provide foundations for workplace-wide mental health literacy and enables colleagues to help others in psychological distress while en¬couraging self-awareness and resilience building.
