PTSD at Work: Global Perspectives international forum
March on Stress Managing Director and SOM President, Professor Neil Greenberg, was in Sydney earlier this summer – speaking at the ‘PTSD at Work: Global Perspectives international forum’.
The event, hosted by EML, brought together experts from around the world to talk about the important topic of mental health at work, with a focus on post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
As a leading expert in the field, Professor Greenberg gave a fascinating talk on best practices and evidence informed care in PTSD, which is available to view here.
Build a resilient workforce with StRaW® training
Work-related stress and burnout are not just employee wellbeing concerns. Organisations have a legal responsibility to risk assess and mitigate work-related stress.
Not only can stress severely affect employee wellbeing, it also impacts organisational performance, culture, and retention.
That’s where StRaW® (Sustaining Resilience at Work) comes in. Created by mental health professionals and grounded in evidence, StRaW enables teams to identify signs of psychological distress early and offer timely, structured peer support.
We have upcoming StRaW training taking place in October 2025 and February 2026. Read more here.
