Advanced Mentoring Skills

Advanced Mentoring Skills (AMS) is an interactive, skills-based training course designed to provide anyone who may carry out a supportive role with the knowledge and tools to enable them to do so.

It includes a mixture of taught elements, facilitated exercises and demonstrations, and delegates will leave the training having acquired new skills and gained an understanding based upon credible scientific evidence.

The course is ideal for anyone, including but not limited to those in managerial positions, who wishes to learn how to better support those who work in pressured environments.

It is an excellent add-on for those carrying out the TRiM Practitioner role.

HR professionals are also likely to find the course helpful, particularly if they have to deal with individuals who are in crisis. Those working in welfare and occupational health roles will also find the course material to be highly relevant.

We can deliver AMS training at your location or you can attend an all comers AMS course. Find our upcoming course dates using the course dates link below or for further details and corporate bookings, please get in touch: info@marchonstress.com.
