The UK has a new, fully operational specialist team of health experts to tackle outbreaks of deadly disease – with March on Stress Director Professor Neil Greenberg one of the experts involved.
The new team is led by Public Health England and the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, with King’s College London and the University of Oxford forming part of the research consortium.
Professor Greenberg is part of the research consortium leading on the input from King’s College London to the team.
The team consists of clinicians, scientists and academics who will be on call to respond to urgent requests from countries around the world and fly in to help tackle disease outbreaks at source.To read more, please click here.
