All of the March on Stress team cordially wish you, your colleagues and your family a very merry Christmas and a happy and safe New Year.
Instead of sending Christmas cards, we have donated money to charity and this year we are giving to Help for Heroes (supporting service personnel and their families) and Flint House Rehabilitation Centre (for police officers).
We hope you enjoy the festive season and we look forward to working with you in 2016.

We wrote this time last year about the introduction of our workplace stress peer support training – StRaW (Sustaining Resilience at Work). We're pleased to update that we have had great feedback so far, and are continuing to train clients from a range of industries in this evidence-based approach to mental health first aid in the workplace. Click here for more on StRaW.
At March on Stress we are proud to be the only TRiM training provider to offer BTEC qualifications with our courses, and we are delighted to now offer the opportunity to military personnel. TRiM originated in the UK Armed Forces and we are pleased to offer the opportunity to complete the BTEC to their TRiM-trained personnel.
If you have been on a March on Stress or military-run TRiM course in the last two years and have not yet started your BTEC, what are you waiting for? It's a great opportunity to validate your training and add something to your CV, get in touch if you need to register.
For more on TRiM BTEC, click here.
Members of our team already publish lots of TRiM research on our website to keep our clients and TRiM supporters up to date on the latest evidence and developments. You can find this on our TRiM articles and research page.
We have recently added a new research page for other articles and areas of research we find of interest, related to all aspects of resilience, mental health, and occupational/operational stress. We will continue to update this page with the articles we think will be of interest to you. Take a look at what's already there by clicking here.
